A private voice chat room?

I would like to set up a voice chat room. I need to be able to host 5-10 people. I would prefer a private room as opposed to having random folks stopping in, as I want it so a few friends and I can bullchat while playing online. I have not used any form of chat in ages, and I don't think yahoo has private voice rooms anymore. The last I used was Yahoo back in like 2000.
 
sorry but yahoo have stopped the service to make our own chat room .
all u can do is to make a Group of friends , and say to be online at same day and same time , in a CHAT room which is already in the yahoo chat .
u can also use city-chat website .
