...insurance, can I counter sue her? driving home from work in my company car on a dark non predestrian road a young lady ran right into my car and the car hit her of course. She is now suing my company and me. Can I counter sue her for hitting my vehicle causing the accident - it has cost me great grief and benefits taken from my job
