If you don't mind, a brief Alouette...(?) I am truly sorry if this has grown old. I do appreciate your comments. Thank you.


Over mountaintop,
Footsteps never stop
Keeping faith along the way.
In the autumn breeze,
Higher than the trees,
We seek paths that lead the way.

Fresh air nourishing,
Strength is flourishing,
Blood pumps feeding heart and soul.
When it's time to rest,
We have done our best -
Exercise helps make us whole.
 
I think this is great. The flow is good and I love your words, the message. And, I love the last line. It is a reminder how satisfying a good work out is, especially outside when you can enjoy the beauty of nature. Thanks for sharing.
