a photo just wont delete off my macbook?

there is a picture on my macbook that just wont delete , when I put it into the trash & try to empty it , it always leaves that one photo saying I can't delete it because it's locked

how do I unlock it so I can delete it ?

anything photo related it comes asking to import it but it then comes up as an "incomplete file" & wont work , so it's slowing down all imports & updates onto my iPod & iPhone .
neither of those work =(
 
I don't know if this will work but it works on Linux. try going to the properties of the file and in permission try to unlock it from there.
