Im looking to get a $4000 2009 Kawai Ninja 250r with a HMF exhaust to ride in San Diego. I will be getting my license soon (im 16,) Although someone has told me to get a bigger bike to be safe around because San Diego is busy. Would a 2008 Suzuki GSKR 600 for 7500$ be a good deal?
