I work at a daycare and i recently got a CPR certificate for work. My boss asked me for it today and said she will keep it in my file. I Have received other certificates at prior jobs and they made them self a copy and i keep the original. Is it rude to tell he if she can keep a copy and i can keep my original.Im not sure of how long i will be there and i would prefer to have it in my personal files. Also, I paid for it and I need it for future reasons.( In school for radiology) What is a nice way to tell her without being rude.
