took only a few minutes, putting it back on was easier cause I already had it mastered! I still have to loosen the Y pipe and up because the cans are off center. still runs and sounds mean as hell though!!! OMG you guys need to get them!!!
 
Refer back to posts: #291 and #308. By the way Big I never told you, but your clips sound great bro, well done. My pipe is also slightly off center. I guess I will fight that issue after Afghan.
 
Is there a big difrence when you install the ECU & airfilter ( noise & performance )
btw i have the slip on new style..
 
Yes, there is. Once the DP ECU is installed, take your bike to the dealer (recommend NOT riding it) and have the TPS adjusted. In addition, they will also "tune" the parameters for CO and HC. Mine was set at 2.7 for TPS, 3.2 for CO and 300 for HC. It runs quite well now, much smoother and more linear than the stock set-up. You may want to put the air filter in yourself.
 
I'm new in DUCATI. Can you tell me what is TPS, CO and HC stand for.

I just bought 1198 (still at dealer showroom) and also has ordered latest Termig 2010 style from COMMOTO. Our local dealer will install my new exhaust and i need to make sure that they are doing the right thing for me.
