not that they do exactly, but so what if they look like akras?
I don't see why that should be a reason not to get them, unless you don't like the shape

The end can shape looks a little awkward and the can lengths are too short. Traditional can shapes and lengths just look more proportionate to the rear shape of the tail section. I don't think that the new cans are bad looking, just like the old version more. When I first saw the end can caps on the old version in 2007, I dint' like them that much either. Didn't like that square opening as much as traditional round opening. Just a matter of personal opinion.

I also think that Ducati for the most part are innovators not imitators. With the new cans...I just feel like they're trying to keep on with the trends and imitating the aftermarket guys with the awkward shapes.
