I'm assuming that this branch will only be available for the 1198cc 09 and up b/c of the ECU config.

You cant really jump the gun YET b/c who knows what Termignoni plans to do. Here are a couple possibilities...

1)They might obsolete production of the current Termis and will have this version fit years '07-10 moving forward

2)Have parallel production lines 07-08 current Termi and '09+ new Termi with both ECU dependent

These look like the new style Monster pipes. I hate all this angular spaceship crap, so hopefully the price will come down on the good old oval termi's and I can get some that don't look like a baboon's a$$.

One thing that has not been addressed as of yet: What do they sound like?

The acoustics of the pipes must be different from the originals considering they are shorter and have a different openings. I just hope they still have that deep rumble.

First person to post a clip of these in action wins a dollar.

Oh yeah, I was going to post up on your other thread regarding Ohlins or Termi to possibly wait b/c these bad boys are coming out!

Hopefully they won't sound anything like the Graves exhaust for the 1098!

One thing I realized with online forums... don't make shit up unless you have the official word...werd!

#96199309B 1098R (2009) collectors
#96199207B 1098/1098S collectors

I'll do some more research as far as fitting new slip-ons on old collectors, but in my mind... if the slip-ons listed above fit the stock collectors on say a 1098 - then they have to be the same dimensionally as the old slip-on style. A confirmation of sorts.
