blue curses - a newly
naked gullet scorched
through bellows n' bawling,
of the desperate hearted
unable to clutch porcelain shores.
Dripping threads once
reminiscent of hourglass days -
clothed in cotton trails
(lipstick a careless smear)
thrashed insanely
as worm-tails would,
twisting their dampened whiskers
squealing in dissatisfaction,
snapping strands in haste of escape.
