I think we can all agree that some days we get the tiger and some days the tiger gets us. What kind of day are you having?
Some of you may have read my other post and know that I have been battling three herniated disc in the lurabar area the last couple of years. I have posted several questions relating to my pain, Doc and meRAB issues and I have got excellent responses so I thought I would come to the well again.
Here goes!
The last few days I have been able to finally manage my pain with the OxyC HCI and Zanaflex I’m taking. However, two times to day and once yesterday something very strange has happened.
After sitting about 20-30 mins (at my desk) with out getting up I felt a very intense, sharp needle stick at L4/L5 region and at exact same time I felt the identical pain with the same intensity and duration on my left foot in the instep across the top to my area between my big toe and second toe. This pain came on with no warning and left after about 6-8 minutes. After the sharp pain was gone those two areas ached VERY BAD for about three hours and then subsided all most like the pain was shrinking away.
Now, I understand this is more than likely nerve related however, I am curious to know whether anyone else has ever had a similar experience where you will have a duplicating pain in separate areas of your body. Once again I’m rarabling, sorry folks.

Woody
