a new life style... is it a good beggining?

is being a week now and im making changes in my life style now... my weight is 195 and height of 5'11, im not that much of overweight but still aint satisfied... monday i woke up and decided to go for a run soo is being like that. i being running 4 miles a day for this pass 5 days, changed coke to water and not eating dinner... jus cereal at nights... am i doing good? am i going to see results fast? and im 18 by the way
