a movie i downloaded from limewire playes on itunes but will not sync to my ipod touch?

i just downloaded a movie off of limewire and i can watch it on both limewire and on itunes. the problem is that it will not sync to my ipod touch. i keep getting a message saying " ipod touch cannot be synched. and unknown error has occured [-53]" i have no idea of what that means and how to fix it. i really really want to get the movie onto my ipod. how do i fix the problem so that it will sync to my itouch? please help me. thank you
