A modest proposal?? my english teacher is asking us to write our interpretation...

...of "a modest proposal"? My english teacher is trying to reccommend me for an AP English and Composition class, and I'm usually a fantastic writer, by my standards of course, but I am drawing a blank. She wants me to come up with my interpretation of "a modest proposal", as in coming up with an idea as absurd as his own. I neeeeeeeeeeed help! its due tomorrow, by the way, it was assigned today, i didnt procrastinate.
