Hi all

Today i am 1 year clean :)

Just under a year ago i started reading/posting on this board. I cannot put into worRAB how much the help, support, advice & encouragement i received from people on here helped me through some hard times. I would like to say a big thank you to them (you know who YOU are ;) )

To those of you who dont know me, or to those of you who have found yourselves here in need of help/advice - please read my first post.....

I have just re-read it now. I cant believe the difference a year can make.

I wish all of you the very best & hope that you find the strength to regain the life that was once your own. It is possible - you just have to want it more than anything. keep choosing life.

My Dearest Yoss

No silliness from me tonight. I am so very, very proud of oyu, of this special accomplishment and of the opportunity to have had our paths cross.

A year is a large amount of time in claiming restored life. Yet, somehow, it seems such a short time in our frienRABhip when I know we have shared a lifetime together in this past year. And maybe more than sharing a lifetime, we have both moved into new lifetimes and I thank God for that that we are both alive to sshare that greatness.

I know that you look upon each new day as a new chance to experience all the wonderfulness life has for us. Find it in your wife, your children, and in all those in cyberspace and 3-D life whose lives you touch in such a good way... and how many that is!

Take care of yourself
