A message keeps popping up everytime i try to install sims 2 open for business?

[i know i keep asking, but i never get an answer!]

once it loads up to 79% a message pops up saying:

A problem has occurred when trying to transfer the file
'TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate\B001\Lots\B001_Lot17.package' from the media.
Do you want to retry to copy the file, or cancel the installation?




CAN ANYONE HELP!? this has been going on forever and it's getting annoying!! please help
