D Dell New member Feb 18, 2011 #1 dealership and they said that the camshaft lobe was damaged from grinding. A cutting tool was used to remove previous gears and damaged the camshaft. Should I replace the camshaft or replace the whole engine? My truck has 178,768 miles.
