I have a Mazda3 2.0L and I want to get a Vibrant header for it, the problem is it "eliminates the factory catalytic converter." Does it replace it with a new one perhaps? I live in Maryland I don't want to get fined or jailed for failing emissions testing... Someone enlighten me please!
