a human is be given 1 trillionth of a second to dodge a bullet.if he is unable to do that, then he is dead. But he is very determined to save his life -- will he be able to save himself or not?
 
It depends on several factors:
Speed of the bullet. Perhaps it is not moving at all.
Distance he has to dodge. Perhaps it is only a billionth of a millimeter.
Acceleration he is capable of producing. Perhaps he can initiate an atomic explosion right next to him.
 
No .Even with a motion at light speed which is the most quick motion possible, you can only do a deplacement of 40 micrometers. so , nothing to do
 
It's unlikely. One trillionth of a second is a picosecond or one thousandth of a nanosecond. It might depend on how far away the bullet starts.
