A love poem. Should I send it? Is it any good?

The names in this poem have been condensed to their first initial for both privacy and poetic style.

I was thinking about sending this to a girl ("c" in this poem) because she moved to another state, and I wasn't able to tell her how I felt before she left. What do you think of it?

Title: letter (sincerely, i love you)

dear c,

i dreamt for years to
meet the girl of my dreams.

it was the one year, the one
month, the one week, the one
day, the very moment that
i saw her beautiful face, the
graceful way she always
entered a room, the color of
her eyes, i knew everything
about her was nothing
but perfection

i loved her bubbly
personality, and her
laugh and her smile
and her friendly
punch on my shoulder

but it wasnt until
we moved our separate
ways that i realized

it wasnt k,
it wasnt her i adored
all of this time
it was you

please tell me youll
wait for me, so i can find
you, and, with you next to
me, ill love you with all of the love
you always deserved

aww that's so sweet I wish someone would write me a poem like this! she'll probably be touched it but it might be a bit sad for her since she moved!
