I am 25 years old and hardworking. I am not doing this to scam people I just want to save up for a home. Once I have enough for a down payment I will be able to get a home. I'm looking for something practical not a mansion. Just a simple and affordable home or condo I can make my very own. I live in the Bay Area of California so I can only afford something in the $200,000 or less range. I just asking for a little help.
