Does eating too much protein make you constipated? I stay away from carbs and I eat at least 70-80 g protein a day.
 
It is more likely your lack of carbs that is making you constipated. You need fiber in your diet to maintain healthy bowel function. Most high fiber foods are carbs. Try using a fiber supplement if you refuse to eat carbs. Fiber one makes a fiber supplement yogurt that may work for you.
 
I try to eat 180 grams of protein a day and I'm on the crapper every single day. It does not make you constipated.

Make sure you are drinking a whole lot of water and you eat plenty of fiber. Avoiding carbs might be what is making you constipated.
