what is the only word that has all the vowels aeiou in them once and in that order?
 
As above answer states, there is not 1 word but 2, namely abstemious and facetious.
Note also that there are words like FAVOURITE which contains all the vowels but not in correct order. Some anagram or crossword solving-guides can find them if you can be bothered searching for others.
