A lil Insurance help..PLZ

Ok so i went fishing saturday and dropped my Slvr in the water i do have insurance..the $5.00 a month thing so how long will it take to get me another phone and how much..and could i go into a cricket store or call Customer Service??

go to a corp store, file a claim, pay $85 deductible, get new phone. takes about 20 min usually.

it will be the same phone.

You dont get a different model car when you file a claim when you wreck you old one.

Nope, insurance gets you the same thing.

the only way they will give you a different phone is if they have none of your original phone available. it will be a similar phone with the same features. contrary to many customer's beliefs, the insurance program is not an upgrade plan, it is an OH **** plan to keep you from having to drop another $200 plus esn change and taxes on that phone.
