I like to do make up looks that are bold and colourful. I have nicely pigmented products, but they never seem to go on with as nice intensity that I see other people achieve. Even though we're the same skin tone and using the same stuff.
Can anyone recommend a good eye primer that will help make the pigment more true to what it is in the pot? I really don't want a primer that is powdery. I had a lady recommend one to me from Benefit and although I'm sure it helps shadow to last longer, it did nothing for the pigment. (what a waste of money!) Wouldn't something a bit more tacky be better? Again, I'm not worried about creasing or longevity, just how well the colours... stick, I guess you could say.
