I'm doing an investigation on the effects of different concentrations of pectinase on the production of fruit juice, I dont know wether to create a method in which i measure the volume of juice produced over a set length of time, or create a method in which the time is measured for a set volume of juice to be produced? Or does it even matter which way round I did it?
