I was a passenger in a friends car I was smoking and possessed marijuana the poliece found other drugs?
The police found narcotics under the front passenger seat in a glove compartment. I am not the owner of the car the owner of the car has been arrested 2 times since I was aressted with him in may 2008. I admitted on the scene when questioned by the police to possessing weed which was the only thing on my person. I had 740 dollars in my pocket 7 hundred dollar bills and 2 twenty dollar bills. Which is not a characteristic of "drug money". The owner of the vehicle had 185 in his pocket which was an assortment of twentys tens fives and ones. I've been going to court for 19 months. And now it's trial ready. Someone with any experience in law please provide insight to me as to my chances of winning this trial. I haven't been in trouble since year 2000 I have a private attorney. And being that my co defendant has been arrested for sales of narcotics twice since our arrest can I win this case??
