A humorous dialogue I wrote, any opinion?

A customer experiences being cut off while waiting for a technical support,
in the 19th call his anger comes out but the officer tries to choke back
that emotion as it may put this workplace at risk ,

Customer: Hello? is anybody there? or should I scream aloud so that you can hear me
Officer: I'm here , My name is Albert , May I help you?
Customer: Oh I dont think I have a problem , Maybe you do,
Officer: Excuse me sir, you have made a call for a solution , Haven't you?
Customer: Yea , You're right , but since my problem shouldn't be any of interest for you to know
I will get away with it , In Another company!!
Officer: Oh dear, Sounds like the problem gets worse, But I do want you to tell me about this issue
Customer: If you had wanted to know it , you would have answered immediately, not after hours of waiting,
Officer: I'm sorry for the inconvenient, we are trying to answer phones as soon as possible,
I believe the cunstomers need to be aware of that, no one can get along with hundreds of calls at once
Customer: I believe you have to be fired for unreasonable excuses
Officer: I thought we'd be discussing about the problem.. how come that thing turned out to be anoter topic?
Customer: My problem is with your workplace
Officer: Oh, What Are you going to do with it? Will I be fired? HaHa , I haven't laughed that loud
for such a long time
Customer: Let's see how much you'll be laughing when you get that message,
Officer: Look sir, I'm at work and there's a lot of stuff that needs to be done , But will we meet
somewhere and have some good time together?
customer: Yea, Sure We will , I'm Seeing you at 9:45 AM in the manager's office
