...should I do? Back in 2005 I was dating a man and it was a pretty serious relationship. I worked lots and was rarely home. Since then we've went our separate ways and I've come to learn that he'd opened up an account with this company and added my name. I didn't know about this and nor did I sign any type of contract with the company, I didn't even meet the company representative. Since then they've had debt collectors call me repeatedly demanding the monies owed and everytime I have to explain to the collecter I didn't know about the account nor did I sign any contract. They've threated to attack my credit score... isn't this harrasment? Are they allowed to do that? What should I do and what are my options? Please Help!!
