...pay the shipping back ($50+) Ok so recently a guy sold me a xbox 360 that was claimed to be working and in great condition. Well i received the 360 broken with 2 major errors that make it completely unplayable. It has the RRoD and this thing called checkerboard freezing which does not just spontaneously happen. I told him i wanted a replacement and he said i would have to send it back and that i would have to pay for the shipping (both ways). Well i dont see how that is fair at all constering that i should not have to pay 50+ bucks of shipping because he told me incorrectly, its not a minor scratch its useless. I dont see why i have to pay for his error when he gets off the spot fine. I know its as is, but with that logic everyone could sell broken xboxs as working and get away with it. What should i do to get my money back, im hoping i wont have to pay the shipping because thats his mistake. What should i do? I take it i have to send the product back so i will need to include that in what i want in my refund.
Could someone give me a step by step to getting my money back?

I heard paypals policy over rights the as is or no refund statement.

Thanks a lot everyone.

I paid 101 for the xbox, 20 dollars shipping 10 shipping insurance and i will be 20 dollars to ship back.
