a guy at the gym was looking at me?

I feel that he was looking at me, and when I look we were looking at each other, and then i was looking away because I am a shy person. We meet frequently at the gym and I think I caught him did this a lot. why? do u think he might think that i was checking him out or something? Because I do look at my surrounding sometimes. And the way he was looking at me is not in a mean kind of way. no rude comments thanks
if u think he might be attracted to me. Why wont he try to talk to me?
