A good stippling brush?

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap, good stippling brush. I live in Spain, but am going to the UK soon so if i can buy one in either country.
I can't buy online as my paypal is having problems, so online is not an option for the moment.
MACs stippling brush is about 42 dollars or 30 pounds.
