in pokemon emerald, what are two good pokemon for the cute and smart contests? and their movesets? please and thank you
 
To tell you the truth, the pokemon is for your personal taste.....The moves depend on how you plan to play with them....Different people use different moves because they have different strategies.
 
Well normal pokemon usually have cute attacks so use like zigzagoon or something and smart attacks are usually in grass/poison or ghost pokemon so use roselia or haunter or something
 
It doesn't really matter what Pokemon you use is the moves and its beauty by giving him puffins.
