a good place for a restaurant?

My dad wants to start a restaurant in Calgary, we live in Calgary, he just needs to find a good place with a good location, if anybody knows of such a place, or a place whose owner is looking to sell it, or where we could be looking for such places please tell me .....any piece of information would help..thanks all
