A good anime where the main character is an arrogant evlil genius?

So basically kind of like a combination of L from death note and Lloyd from Code Geass, but instead in a more lighthearted and funny anime (doesn't have to be purely comedy though, maybe something like Full metal alchemist, or even bleach, just not a very serious anime) Thanks.
