a girl is paying me out because i cant have children can i take this action further

for abuse? its really made me upset because i cant have children and now these girls have been saying mean things and basicly using it against me. can i take legal action?
she also keeps coming into my work and abusing me
oh oh and theres more, she poses for porn and she as a new born baby!
