a friend won 25000 for a wreck but cant get any out the bank unless the judge says

how can she get her money? she is 22 and was 20 when she was in the wreck she wants all her money at once without the judge how can she do this
 
She / You can't. Come on use some common sense.... I dont mean to be rude but when a JUDGE says you cant have your money, then you cant. You need to contact a lawyer and see if maybe you can speed up the process. But thats probably all you are going to be able to do.
