A friend with a sharp pain?

I have this friend that has been hold her stomach crying all day at school, when we went to gym class she ended up passing out when we were running laps, and had bruises all over her, when i asked her if she was ok she had told me that she was feeling a really sharp pain in her stomach, then when we got to math class she passed out again and didn't wake up for an hour and i had told the teacher that she has been getting a sharp pain in her stomach all day, the teacher told me to take her to the nurse but my friend wouldn't go, after school today we went to the mall and were walking around and she passed out and didn't wake up for about 4 hours, then i asked her if she wanted to go to the hospital she told me no, when we got back to my house at 6 she passed out again and hasn’t waken up yet and her adoptive mom is the only parent she has and I have called her adoptive mom and can't get a hold of her and her adoptive mom is a doctor what should I do ?
