...who died in a POW camp in WWII? A law was passed recently stating that anyone who was a POW during wartime is entitled to a Purple Heart. He lives in Ohio. He has been talking with someone in Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur's office, but it has been four months. My friend is elderly and in poor health. I would like him to receive it before he passes away.
