A friend has scaly and dry palm and she thinks she's allergic to detergent and

shampoo. What can she do? My friend's palms are dry and scaly. Her outer skin are peeling and doesn't seem to stop. She thinks she's allergic to soap and water. Even shampoo and detergent. What can she do to stop or prevent it? I only suggested to her to avoid doing the dishes and using strong detergents. She tried to use fluocinonide ointment but it didn't seem to help. What else can she do?
