Ok, theres this really cool thing you can do with movies called CGI, or Computer Generated Imagery. There are multiple different free tools out there, i just know it, but i can't find any good 2d ones. The 3d one i'm sticking to right now is Blender, which is free. I can "trace" a video with another tool i have, but i want to add some 2d to it.
Does anybody know of a good, FREE, possiby open source program that i can use to do this?
