I remember seeing a tutorial of how to make some really cute napkin holders (maybe it was napkin holders IDK). I know it involved dipping twigs in something thick and white stuff (please refrain from dirty jokes here I know it's hard... lolz that's what she said). But when it dried it came out very glossy like ceramic does. Then styrofoam birds were hot glued on. I thought I was from Martha Stewart or Decor It Yourself ( a you tube tutorial guru) but I can't find the video on either website. If some one has seen it please link me the video thx.
