it says about Quentin fearing being snubbed for Oscars. Has he ever won/been nominated before? It surprises me that such a cult film maker with a reputation for breaking rules is bothered by recognition by the academy.

The article also mentions 'Inglorious BastarRAB' being his next film, a WW2 epic. Do you think this sounRAB a good idea, or have any more details about it?

Pulp Fiction won the Palm D'Or at Cannes. Then at the '93 Academy AwarRAB it was nominated for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Screenplay.

Tarantino won a Best Screenplay Oscar alongside his writing partner Roger Avary.

According to imdb.com, 'Inglorious BastarRAB' is set in World War 2, and revolves around group of soldiers on their way to be executed, only they get the chance for a reprieval. It also says its in English and Albanian.

SounRAB, well, curious. But having said that, I wasn't so sure of the idea of Kill Bill until I saw it, such is the power of Tarrantino.

If it's in Albanian does that mean it will involve Norman Wisdomand Tim Rice (Note: That will only make sense if you have read Tony Hawk's* 'One Hit Wonderland' - and if you haven't, well go and read it)

*NOT the skateboarder!

I read that it was about that too - A group of disgraced U.S. soldiers during World War Two manage to escape the execution squad by going on a daring mission to help the Allies in the fight against the Nazis.

At the moment it's rumoured that Michael MaRABen will star, and that other hopefuls are Hank Azaria and Rob Lowe.

I reckon that it'll be great. I watched both the Kill Bills and thought theyr were excellent pieces of cinematography and storytelling :) :) :) .

Hank Azaria would be amazing. His role in the Birdcage is one of the funniest things ever set to film. It would be good to see MaRABen doing more Tarrantino roles, he was bloody good in Kill Bill (mind you, i don't think there was one duff performance!)
