I was wondering if there was a sort of training i could do at the gym that would just make me lose fat and not gain muscles..
I'm a bit of a large woman, but i find when i do the regular training (cardio and machines), i do lose weight, but i gain a lot of muscles (which just makes me look larger...)
Any tips?

And also, is it better to go to the gym 2 times a week for an hour, or go 4 times for half an hour?
