A few questions about my lifestyle, need advice aswell?

1) I use the trampoline EVERY day for about 30 minutes - an hour. Just jumping around (it's become like a habbit since I was younger).. anyways, I was wondering how much this helps me physically? will it help with leg muscle or just weight loss? can I get "immune" to it helping, since i do it SO often?

2) i'm reallly fit, because I play competetive soccer for my age. (Premier club team, highschool varsity starter) and run alot. But, i also eat a lot of bad food. (fast food, chinese food, sourcream dip, some chips, and soda.) I know how bad this is for me but I still lose weight so I guess I don't really care about it. Anyways, how can I motivate myself to keep eating healthy?(i know how to eat healthy for the most part, because I used to ALOT pure smoothies or water, and fruit atleast 4 or5 times a day). Also, could you please suggest some dinner or lunch meals that are "healthy" and can be prepared pretty easily?

3) I work out (lift weights/abs) every other day. I eat about 106g of protein each night I workout. (plus the foods I ate during the day/lunch?) and usually it's 30g before my workout then 76g after (I have a 46g protein mix and a 30g bar). is this good if I want to increase muscle size quick? what do I need to do? increase protein intake or work out more often?

to the first one, you'll lose weight + it will help with muscle. oh and you wont become immune to it xD

not sure about the 2nd and 3rd sryy.x
