state/district now. What should I do? I think it was a questionnaire of some sort, and I am supposed to respond within 10 days. However, I do NOT have it in my possession; I was told about it via email from the person who now lives in my old apartment. I have lived in a different state and different federal court district since 2008; my permanent change of address is well established thru tax returns, drivers license, voter registration, etc.
What are my legal responsibilities regarding this? According to the person who e-mailed me about it, and who has it in her physical possession, there is no phone number on it.
