A family member "accidentally" deleted and trashed my iphoto application from my mac..?

A family member "accidentally" deleted and trashed my IPhoto application from my Mac, and I can not find my discs to reinstall the program, (IChat was included in this accident)... any ideas on how to reinstall without having to repurchase the application??? Thanks!
 
Put the disk in that you got with your mac and choose install extra programs just make sure to choose just iphoto otherwise it would install the whole ilife suite and a lot of other stuff you already have on you mac
 
Ok, not so sure about the illegal methods, but I am very certain that when you delete something off of a mac, it is permanently gone, unline a windows computer. Honestly, it would seem you do need to repurchase the programs that you wish to have again.
