I'm lookin for a program that I can use to make cool anime/cartoon style drawings.... high quality ones too not crappy ones.... like I can draw a sword myself and have some kind of coloring tool in the drawing program to make a glossy like finish on the blade or maybe a glare and have many different styles of coloring... because the main problem with my drawings is that it's really hard to get the right coloring I need to color it by hand or do the spill paint tool and fill in the parts and it looks really lame when the blade is all one bland color I need to have a shine to it or something... does anybody know a drawing program with that?
