With constant acceleration, starting from rest, d = 1/2 * a * t^2. Here we know d=453m and a=15.1m/s^2, so t^2 = 2*d/a = 906m/(15.1m/s^2) = 60s^2. That gives us t = sqrt(60) s ~ 7.75 s.
