the edge of a steep cliff...? We assume the Town Car has twice as much mass as the Neon. Equal constant forces are applied to each car as they accelerate equal distances (ignore friction). When they reach the end of the lot the force is removed and they sail through the air and crash to the ground below.
A) Which car has a larger impulse? Does this contradict with which car has the greater kinetic energy?
B)Which car has greater momentum at the edge of the cliff?
C)Which car spends more time in the air, from the edge of the cliff to the ground?
D)Which car lands farthest horizontally from the edge of the cliff to the ground?
